CURWENSVILLE – The Rotary Club of Curwensville recently celebrated the recognition of Rotarian Shaina Franson for receiving the distinguished Paul Harris Fellows Award.
The award is presented to those Rotarians who are sustaining members at such time as their contributions to the Rotary Foundation total $1,000.
The Rotary Foundation disburses funds for causes, such as increasing world understanding and world peace through actions that allay suffering, improve living conditions and provide educational opportunities for young people around the world.
Franson is now a member of the more than 1 million Paul Harris Fellows around the world.
