Rose Spadaro Patt, 89, of DuBois died Tuesday, May 9, 2017 at Penn Highlands DuBois.
Born May 27, 1927, she was the daughter of the late Dominic and Mary (Scozafiva) Spadaro. Her father preceded her in death in 1949 and her mother preceded her in death in 2003.
On Sept. 18, 1948, she married Albert A. Patt. He preceded her in death Nov. 27, 1981.
She retired from Brockway Glass after 21 years of service. Prior to that, she worked at Jeffers Electronics for 24 years.
She was a member of the St. Catherine of Siena Roman Catholic Church. She loved baking and playing Bingo.
She is survived by her daughter, Mary Lou Trzyna and her husband, Ron of DuBois and twin sons, Albert Patt of New York City, NY and Frank Patt of San Francisco, Calif. She is also survived by one grandson, Anthony Trzyna.
She was preceded in death by three brothers, Bruno Spadaro, who died in 2006, Louie Spadaro who died in 2011, and Fred Spadaro, who died in 2012.
Friends will be received from 2 p.m. – 7 p.m. Friday at the Baronick Funeral Home and Crematorium Inc.
A Scriptural Wake Service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday at the St. Catherine of Siena Roman Catholic Church with Msgr. Richard Siefer as celebrant.
Burial will follow in Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Cemetery in Sykesville.
