Ann M. Bumbarger, 84, of Morrisdale went to be with the Lord on Sunday, April 23, 2017 at Mount Nittany Medical Center, State College.
Born Aug. 14, 1932 in Drifting, she was the daughter of the late Mike and Mary Franek Yatchik.
Mrs. Bumbarger was a homemaker.
On Nov. 15, 1949 at the St. Agnes Roman Catholic Church, Morrisdale, she wed Lewis L. Bumbarger Sr., who survives at home. They would have celebrated their 69th wedding anniversary together this year.
Along with her husband, she is survived by daughters, Debra Conklin and Kim Campbell, both of Morrisdale, and Christine Watson and her husband, Richard of Culpepper, Va.; a son, Daniel Bumbarger and his wife, Estelle of Hudson, Mass.; eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild.
Mrs. Bumbarger was the last of her generation. Along with her parents, she was preceded by a son, Lewis Jr; a grandson, Lewis III; a brother, John Yatchik; a sister, Martha Swancer; and a son-in-law, John Conklin.
There will be no public visitation. Funeral services will be private. Burial will be in St. Severin’s Roman Catholic Cemetery, Drifting.
