DUBOIS – DuBois Central Catholic is the recipient of a grant from the Clearfield County Charitable Foundation, formed in 2001 to enhance the quality of living in Clearfield County.
According to Elementary Principal Gretchen Caruso, the grant is helping the school meet its goal of creating “classrooms of the future” while keeping faith with the future.
The money enabled Caruso to purchase two kidney-shaped tables for kindergarten use, allowing for better interaction between teacher and students in small group learning opportunities.
Kindergarten teacher Stacey Frank is shown working personally with four of her students at one of the new kindergarten tables.
