Steven D. Kephart Sr., 58, of Clearfield died Tuesday, March 28, 2017 at Penn Highlands Clearfield Hospital.
Born Oct. 2, 1958, he was the son of Elizabeth (Glace) Kephart of Hyde and the late Millard J. Kephart Sr.
He married Helen L. (Cupp) Kephart on Feb. 12, 1982 in Hyde. She survives at home.
Mr. Kephart was of the Christian faith. He had worked for Kurtz Bros. of Clearfield.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by two grandsons, Seth and Dillon Lynn.
Along with his wife, he is survived by two daughters, Brandi Lynn and Amanda Kephart, both of Clearfield: one son, Steven D. Kephart Jr. of Clearfield; one sister, Carol Gormont and her husband, Jerry of Woodland; two brothers, Millard Kephart Jr. and Mark Kephart and his wife, Karen, all of Hyde; and six grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
