Richard Curtis Yingling Jr., 23, went to be with the Lord on Jan. 30, 2017 at the Altoona Hospital, Altoona.

Born Aug. 27, 1993 in Clearfield, he was the son of the late Richard C. Yingling Sr. and Jenny Wick, her husband and his step-dad, Durvin Wick, who survive in Philipsburg.

He is survived by his best friend and partner, Jannell Foster of Morrisdale and their faithful companion, Nismo.

Also surviving are his former step-dad who was a great father figure, Timothy D. Robinson and his wife, Stephanie of Athens; step-sisters, Michelle Watkins and her husband, Andrew and Tricia Campbell and her husband, Jonathan, both of Athens; a step-brother, Jamie Robinson and his companion, Macy Roosa of Athens; two step-brothers, Zane Wick of DuBois and Jessie Wick of Philipsburg; a maternal grandmother, Mary Rassmussen of Clearfield; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, George and Betty Yingling.

He was a member of IBEW 126, Houtzdale. He loved to hunt, target shoot, hiking, kayaking and especially Jeeping.

A memorial service will be announced at a later date.  There will be no public visitation.
