Jeffrey A. Davis, 45, of Houtzdale died Saturday, Dec. 3, 2016 at the Select Specialty Hospital in Johnstown.
Born March 4, 1971 in Philipsburg, he was the son of William H. and Patricia J. (Mowchan) Davis.
Mr. Davis was a member of the St. Mary’s Ukrainian Annunciation Catholic Church in Ramey and had attended Angel’s Nest in Houtzdale.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Steve and Margaret Mowchan and Clarence and Louise Davis as well as one aunt and four uncles.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by two sisters, Jennifer Lutchko and her husband, Frank and their two daughters, Desiree and Madison of Houtzdale and Julie Davis and her daughter, Harley James of Houtzdale and one brother, Gregory Davis and his wife, Erin and their two daughters, Haylee and Raynee of Millheim. He is also survived by numerous aunts and uncles.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m., Wednesday at the St. Mary’s Ukrainian Annunciation Catholic Church in Ramey, with the Very Rev., Father Anthony F. Balistreri as celebrant. Burial will be at the Umbria Cemetery in Osceola Mills.
Friends will be received from 5 p.m. – 8 p.m. Tuesday at the Heath Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Osceola Mills. Parastas will be held at 7 p.m., also at the funeral home.
