REYNOLDVILLE – Jeff Tech would like to announce its November Student of the Month, Daulton Helo.
He is a senior in the Building Trades CTE, career and technical education program, at Jeff Tech. He lives with his mother, Susan Helo, in DuBois with his older sister, Erika. His father, Vince Helo, lives in Allentown.
He was on the B honor roll at Jeff Tech for the first nine-week marking period this school year as well as numerous times during his freshmen, sophomore and junior year.
He is a member of Jeff Tech’s CTSO, career & technical student organization. He was an integral part of our food drive at Jeff Tech. This food drive was initiated to start a weekend pack back program for students at Jeff Tech.
Helo is involved in Jeff Tech’s cooperative education program. He works at Synergy in Reynoldsville, as a maintenance technician in the afternoons after he attends his CTE program at Jeff Tech every morning.
In his spare time, Helo enjoys video games, sports and hanging out with friends. Upon graduation from Jeff Tech, he aspires to either continue his education with a two-year degree at a local or online university to become a wind turbine technician, or to enter the workforce as a wind turbine technician immediately.
