Donna M. Hoffman, 74, of Moshannon died Saturday, Nov. 12, 2016 at Mountain Nittany Medical Center, State College.
Born Feb. 3, 1942 in Grassflat, she was the daughter of the late John and Margaret Josephson Gomola.
On Sept. 17, 1960 at the Oak Hill Lutheran Church, Karthaus, she married William J. Hoffman, who survives in Moshannon.
Also surviving are a daughter, Julie Brooks and her husband, Robert of Morrisdale; a son, Keith Hoffman and his wife, Lori of Clarence; and her grandchildren, Tyler D. Hoffman, Wyatt W. Brooks, Garet R. Brooks and Brandon J. Brooks.
Also surviving are two sisters, Jean Stiner and her husband, William of Williamsport and Barbara Dudak and her husband, Joseph of Grassflat and a brother, James Gomola and his wife, Malva of Moshannon.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Moshannon United Methodist Church, Moshannon, with Pastor Catherine Dittman officiating.
Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
Family suggests in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to the Snow Shoe Ambulance Service, P.O. Box 271, Snow Shoe, PA 16829.
