“Pray for Shea” Pancake Breakfast is Nov. 13

DUBOIS – The community of DuBois Central Catholic is sponsoring a benefit breakfast for Shea McKinney, a DCC second-grader who was diagnosed with AML Leukemia.

It will be held in the school cafeteria on Sunday, Nov. 13, from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.   All proceeds will go directly to her family to help defray expenses for her series of chemo treatments at Children’s Hospital in Pittsburgh.

Tickets are $8 for adults and $5 for children 10 and under.  Please call DuBois Central Catholic Elementary School at 814-371-2570 for details and ticket information.

Head cooks Brad Pifer, Jeff Booher and their crew are happy to announce the breakfast menu:  a variety of pancakes (regular, buckwheat, blueberry or chocolate chip) and sausage; a choice of juices (orange, apple or grape); coffee/tea, milk (white or chocolate), bottled water and apples.

Donations for Shea’s family will also be accepted at the door.
