GFWC Curwensville Craft Show and Yard Sale Set for Nov. 5

CURWENSVILLE – The GFWC Curwensville Woman’s Club is hosting its semi-annual Craft Show and Yard Sale on Saturday, Nov. 5 at the Curwensville Community Center as part of Home for the Holidays.

The event, which is open free of charge to the public, will be from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m.  Crafters will be displaying their crafts and homemade items for sale.

In addition, a yard sale will be set up with items donated by club members and friends.  One of the scavenger hunt clues will be available at the center.

Homemade vegetable soup, sandwiches, snacks, homemade baked goods and drinks will be for sale by the Woman’s Club throughout the day at a nominal fee.

Vegetable soup may also be purchased by the quart.  The profits from the day will be used to fund the club’s many community projects.
