Concession discounts, additional RV lots available for Penn State-Iowa clash

The No. 20 Penn State football team will clash with Iowa on Nov. 5, on Military Appreciation Day, and fans arriving early will have an opportunity to receive discounts at the concession stands and watch other college football games on the stadium video boards. The Seats for Servicemembers contest will kick at 7:30 p.m.
