CLEARFIELD – Students in the morning session programs at the Clearfield County Career & Technology Center (CCCTC) celebrated Halloween this year by dressing up.
First place was the joker (Jared Grimm), welding program. Second place was Donald Trump (Charis Gallaher), cosmetology program; third place was the purge (Kyle Clouser), welding program.
