“Pumpkin Festival” to be Held at the Clearfield Center for Active Living

CLEARFIELD – The Clearfield Center for Active Living will be celebrating everything pumpkin at their “Pumpkin Festival” on Monday, Oct. 31, at 10:30 a.m.

The center is located at 116 S. Second St., Clearfield.   The event is open to the public. There will be numerous activities – all involving pumpkins, plus everyone is invited to bring their favorite pumpkin-related food to share if they want and costumes are also welcome, but not required.

Lunch will also be available at 12 p.m.  Reservations for lunch are due by 2 p.m. Friday, Oct. 28. The lunch is on a donation basis for anyone over 60 years old, and $3.50 for anyone under 60 years old.  There is parking in the rear. The Clearfield Center for Active Living at South Second Street is one of seven centers supported by the Clearfield County Area Agency on Aging Inc. throughout Clearfield County providing adults 60 and over with opportunities to participate in health and wellness activities plus social and educational experiences and a nutritious meal in their local communities.
