Larry Peters, 66, of Clearfield died Tuesday, Oct. 11, 2016 at Penn Highlands Clearfield after a long, undeterred battle with cancer.
Born Dec. 29, 1949 in Grove City, Pa., he was the son of Charles E. Peters and Elizabeth Hedglin Peters.
He is survived by his mother, Elizabeth Peters; his two children, Melanie Rose and Thomas Peters; and his two grandchildren, Gabriel and Eowyn Rose, all of Clearfield.
He is also survived by his two brothers, Charles Peters Jr. and his wife, Bonnie of Clearfield and Daniel Peters of Hubbard, Ohio; two sisters, Linda Pilch and her husband, Joseph of Brockway and Rita Hemphill and her husband, George of St. Cloud, Fla.; and three nieces and four nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Charles E. Peters and a sister, Debbie Gill.
Due to his personal preferences, a funeral will not be held. Family will hold a memorial service on a date yet to be announced.
