Delores Ann Sudik, 81, of Hawk Run died Wednesday, Oct. 12, 2016 at her residence.
Born Sept. 1, 1935, she was the daughter of the late John and Mary Verost Soltis.
On March 1, 1957 in Hawk Run, she married Richard Sudik, who preceded her in death Dec. 7, 2006.
Surviving are her daughters, Mary Delores Sudik of Hawk Run, Margaret Ann Nelson and her husband, David of Philipsburg and Susan Kaye Sudik of Hawk Run; and a granddaughter, Nicole Kathleen Nelson of Philipsburg.
Also surviving are her sisters, Josephine L. Soltis of Hawk Run; Marcella Hugney of Hawk Run and Annetta Yingling of Philipsburg and brothers, Joseph Soltis of Philipsburg and Edward Soltis of Hawk Run.
Along with her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Margaret Stonebraker and Mary Howe and brothers, John and James Soltis.
Mrs. Sudik was a member of Sts. Peter & Paul Roman Catholic Church, Hawk Run.
She had been a former auditor for Morris Township. She had worked for the former A&R Department Store, Philipsburg.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday, with Father Robert G. Horgas as celebrant and assisted by Father John Gibbons. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Friends will be received from 2 p.m. – 4 p.m. and from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. Sunday at Strange & Weaver Funeral Service, Morrisdale.
Family suggests memorial contributions be made to the charity of donor’s choice.
