The luncheon is slated to be held at 12 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 13 at the St. Charles Café dining room.

Volunteers, community members and member agency representatives will be on-hand, as Stonbraker talks about recently taking the position as library director.

A graduate of Clarion University of Pennsylvania, Stonbraker most recently worked in various departments at the DuBois Public Library.

She said her first focus at the Shaw Library was the summer reading program, which kicked off in June.

“We asked Stonbraker to speak because of the various ways that Shaw [Library] is connected to other United Way member agencies in the community,” Campaign Chair Greg Dixon said.
