DUBOIS – After checking classroom references and online resources, DuBois Central Catholic biology students experience hands-on learning about the aquatic creatures that occupy a niche in the local pond ecosystem.

According to Donna Chollock, students were amazed by the diversity of life found in nearby waters in the region of the state and in the live specimens specifically ordered by the school to enhance this unit of study, entitledorigins of life on earth.
