The students in Jack Rumfola’s electrical occupation morning program at the Clearfield County Career & Technology Program (CCCTC) had two guest speakers recently.
Ben Panebianco from IBEW Local 5 and Nate Kephart from IBEW Local 126, both CCCTC electrical occupations graduates and outstanding students in their class.
Both discussed with the class the difference between the two unions and what each one is responsible for.
Students had the opportunity to ask questions and learn about both of their experiences since graduating from the CCCTC.
