CLEARFIELD COUNTY – Clearfield County Coroner Mike Morris has confirmed a body was found along a highway shortly after 12 p.m. Friday, according to GANT News partner WJAC-TV.
Passing drivers observed the body over the guardrail along Route 153 between the Penfield and Route 219 exits, he said.
Police, along with the coroner’s office, are continuing their investigation. An autopsy is scheduled for Sunday morning, according to Morris.
