Cash 5 Jackpots Won in Clearfield Co.

MIDDLETOWN – It was a winning weekend for a local Pennsylvania Lottery Cash 5 player.

One jackpot-winning ticket worth $600,000 for the Saturday, Sept. 10, Cash 5 drawing was sold by Fuel On, 911 Walton St., Philipsburg, Clearfield County.

The ticket correctly matched all five balls, 15-18-24-29-39, to win a prize of $600,000, less applicable tax withholding. The retailer earns a $5,000 selling bonus.

The prize must be claimed and the tickets validated before the winner can be identified. Cash 5 winners have one year from the drawing date to claim prizes.

The lottery encourages each holder of a jackpot-winning ticket to sign the back of the ticket, call the Lottery at 717-702-8146 and file a claim at any of Lottery’s seven area offices or at Lottery headquarters in Middletown, Dauphin County.

Claims may be filed Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at area offices and from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at headquarters.

More than 72,600 other Cash 5 tickets won prizes of various amounts in the Sept. 10 -11 drawings creating “Winners, winners – everywhere!” Players should check every ticket, every time. Lower-tier prizes may be claimed at Lottery retailers.

In the 2014-15 fiscal year: In Clearfield County, the Pennsylvania Lottery awarded more than $20 million in prizes to winners and provided more than $11.2 million to programs that benefit older residents.
