CNB Promotes Greene to Assistant Vice President of Private Banking

DUBOIS – Gregory M. Dixon, market executive of CNB Bank, recently announced the promotion of Denise J. Greene to assistant vice president of private banking in the bank’s expanding private banking division.

As a private banker, Greene offers a unique blend of specialized products and customized services tailored to meet the individual financial goals and circumstances of her clients in and around Jefferson and Indiana counties.

Greene began her career with CNB in 1982 as a teller.  Over her 34 years in banking, she has held the positions of assistant head teller, head teller, customer service representative, administrative assistant and community office manager of the bank’s DuBois office.

“Denise has a great deal of experience to offer the private banking clients in the DuBois and Jefferson County area,” stated Dixon. “Providing a knowledgeable resource, such as Denise, to this growing customer-oriented service is a significant benefit to CNB.”

A native of Burnside, Greene graduated from Purchase Line High School in 1973.  Since then, she has earned four diplomas from the Pennsylvania Banker’s Association/Professional Development Network (PBA/PDN), which includes those for general banking, banking and finance, consumer lending and commercial lending. She has also earned her supervisory certificate.

Greene offers her skills and service to the community as a member of the DuSan Ambulance Board and the DuBois Chamber of Commerce.  She has also served the DuBois Rotary Club for 25 years and participated in the Curwensville United Methodist Church’s Search for Peace Christmas Pageant for 20 years.
