Spikes succumb to Scrappers in 3-0 loss

The State College Spikes were limited to five hits and fell to the second spot in the New York-Penn League playoff seedings with two games remaining in the regular season as they dropped a 3-0 decision to the Mahoning Valley Scrappers on Saturday night at Eastwood Field.
