Dickey was added to the Clearfield County Fugitive of the Week list Aug. 22. On July 16 Officer Scott Johnson of the Sandy Township Police Department filed a criminal complaint in which he charged Dickey with simple assault, M2, and harassment, S.

According to the affidavit of probable cause, on July 16 police were dispatched to a residence for a report about a domestic assault. Upon arrival at the scene, Johnson made contact with the victim who related that she and Dickey were involved in a verbal altercation that escalated to Dickey striking her several times in the face.

At that time, Johnson observed injuries that were consistent with the victim’s account. Further, it was related to Johnson that Dickey had fled the scene following the altercation.
