Farinaro fantastic as Spikes top ‘Cutters

Steven Farinaro hurled seven shutout innings and set a new career high with eight strikeouts as the State College Spikes raced to a big lead and hung on for a 5-3 victory on Wednesday night at Medlar Field at Lubrano Park.
