BREAKING: State Police Seeking Public’s Assistance in Locating Fugitive from Justice

PUNXSUTAWNEY – The Pennsylvania State Police and the Board of Probation and Parole are currently seeking fugitive, Elijah Jacob Conser.

Originally from the Punxsutawney area, state police say Conser is an escapee from a halfway house in Erie, Pa., and a warrant has been issued for his arrest.

Conser is a suspect in the alleged thefts of several motorcycles and an all-terrain vehicle in the Punxsutawney and Reynoldsville areas of Jefferson County on July 25-26.

Conser, 21 years old, stands 5 feet, 10 inches tall and weighs 130 pounds. He has red hair and blue eyes.

Conser and an unknown Caucasian male may be traveling in an early 2000’s full-size Ford pick-up truck that is flat black in color, according to state police.
