The State College Spikes were held to four hits on Tuesday night as the Hudson Valley Renegades took the rubber match of a three-game series at Medlar Field at Lubrano Park, 4-0. The Spikes broke into the hit column in the fifth inning with Chris Rivera’s single up the middle and infield hits from Anthony Ray and Danny Martin. However, a groundout ended the heaviest offensive surge of the night for State College.
