PENFIELD – The 28th High Country Arts & Craft Fair will be held Sunday, July 10 from 10 a.m. – 5.pm. at S.B. Elliott State Park, a half-mile from Interstate 80 exit 111 on Route 153.
There will be 140 vendors offering hand-crafted wares and collectibles. Musicians and other entertainers will perform throughout the day.
Entertainment will include Kreative Kreations, which has a “Kreate-A-Friend activity,” Brewhouse Boys and Megan McGarry.
Also, chicken barbecue dinners, which will be prepared by the Clearfield Elks, will be available at a cost of $9.
Dinner tickets can be purchased in advance at the Elks Lodge through Saturday or on Sunday at the event. Many other food items will also be sold at the site.
Because the event is held on publicly-owned state park grounds, all of the proceeds are passed on to the benefit of about two-dozen local charities and organizations.
While the dinners and other food items are offered for sale, admission, shuttle service from the parking lots and the entertainment are all free of charge.
