DUBOIS – A Punxsutawney man has been charged with allegedly assaulting a pregnant woman in a parking lot.
Kyle Douglas Sutter, 21, was charged by DuBois City police with simple assault, disorderly conduct and harassment as a result of his actions on Mary 26 at the Pershing parking lot.
