Egged Trump supporter admits taunting protesters

A Donald Trump supporter says she may have been pelted with eggs by protestors because she was taunting them.

Rachel Casey was asked by Inside Edition if she had been taunting the anti-Trump protesters in San Jose, California, last week.

“Yeah, maybe I egged them on, but I was just sticking up for myself,” the 29-year-old bodybuilder said. “They started it with me. I stood up for myself like any other American would.”

A video shows her making an obscene gesture to a protester. She was then hit by an anti-Trump sign after walking into an angry crowd. Eggs and tomatoes were tossed at her.

“Thank God it wasn’t bricks and rocks,” she said.

Casey said she plans to appear on stage at future rallies with the presumptive Republican nominee after his campaign contacted her following the incident.

After a Trump rally last week, protesters waved Mexican flags and one could be seen setting an American flag on fire, with another burning Trump’s “Make America Great Hat.” Some chanted “F— Donald Trump” and “Donald Trump has got to go” outside the San Jose Convention Center.
As Trump supporters exited the rally, protesters shouted insults at them and accused them of being racists. As the demonstrators bunched up, riot police pushed many of them back.
