Imogene Murray, 87, of DuBois died at Christ the King Manor Wednesday, May 11, 2016.
Born Feb. 18, 1929, she was a daughter of the late Kirby E. Scull and Isabel (Reed) Scull. She attended Sandy Township High School.
She worked for B.F. Goodrich for 25 years and Rola Jensen’s Speakers. She also worked for Christ the King Manor until her retirement.
She enjoyed sewing and doing crafts. Most of all, she loved spending time with her nieces and nephews.
Her survivors include siblings, Ronald L. Scull and his wife, Dorothy; Audrey M. (Scull) Pearson; Ethel M. (Scull) Seary and her husband, John E.; John E. Scull and his wife, Norma; and Janet M. (Scull) Shaffer and her husband, Raymond.
Her other survivors include many nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews and great-great-nieces and great-great-nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Homer B. Murray, who died Oct. 1980; her siblings, Eileen (Scull) Boddorf, Emma M. (Scull) Weir, Howard K. Scull and infant sister, Dorthea Scull; her brother-in-laws, Wade Boddorf, Henry Weir and Joseph Pearson; and sister-in-law, Josephine Scull.
Friends will be received from 12 p.m. – 4 p.m. Saturday at the Mohney-Yargar Funeral Chapel Inc.
Funeral services will follow directly afterwards with the Rev. John White officiating. Burial will be at Lakelawn Memorial Park.
