CLEARFIELD – Tuesday was the primary election day in Pennsylvania.
Clearfield County has 51,664 total registered voters. Of those, 21,007 are registered Democrat and 24,883 as Republican.
On Tuesday 19,396 total ballots were cast with 7,336 being Democrat and 11,861 being Republican.
Total voter turn-out was 37.54 percent with it being 34.92 percent and 47.67 percent among Democrats and Republicans, respectively.
