CLEARFIELD – The fifth annual Queens for a Cause Royal 5K Run/Walk will be held June 12 at the Clearfield County Fairgrounds. Proceeds from the event benefit The Children’s Miracle Network.
It will take place on a point-to-point course with rolling hills that wind through the beautiful West Side of town. It starts and ends at the Clearfield County Fairgrounds.
The race will be officially timed by Runners High. The race includes post-race refreshments and door prizes.

Registration/check-in will begin at 7:15 a.m. The race will begin at 8:30 a.m. Early registration (prior to race day) is $20.
There is also a “no T-shirt option” available for $10. Registration day of the event is $25. Register by May 20 to guarantee a T-shirt.
A special prize is awarded to the ‘Best Royal Appearance’ so break out those tutus, pixie wings and tiaras.
Participants also choose a Disney Prince or Princess team to join. Each ‘team’ represents a CMN Child. The child with the most participants will have a donation made in their honor to CMN.
Awards are presented to the Top 3 overall male/female and the Top 3 in each age group: 14 & under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, and 60-plus.
Awards also presented to the Top 3 finishers with a stroller (age groups do not apply to the stroller division).
Also, a car show featuring kid’s activities, food, music and a variety of vendors will begin at 10 a.m.
