Supermodel Chrissy Teigen and singer John Legend’s baby girl is coming soon. And to celebrate her pending arrival, the parents-to-be feasted on hash browns and cupcakes with their celebrity pals.
The couple feted the little one at a baby shower hosted by close pal Kim Kardashian on Saturday in Los Angeles.
Numerous white roses and McDonald’s snacks adorned a table in an event well-documented on social media. Attendees included the Kardashian sisters and their matriarch, Kris Jenner, all of whom kept their fans updated on social media.
“Excited to meet this little girl soon and to see you shower her with the same love you give to me,” Teigen posted, referring to her husband, Legend.
“We are so grateful to be surrounded by so many loving, kind, hilarious, generous, thoughtful beings. Feeling so lucky, so happy and so ready.”
Teigen has talked about her fertility struggles, and announced in October that she is pregnant.
“As many of you know, we’ve been trying to have a baby for a while now,” she said at the time. “It hasn’t been easy, but we kept trying because we can’t wait to bring our first child into the world and grow our family.”
Teigen and the Grammy-award winner wed in 2013 after a long courtship.
