Theresa Ann Rinehart, 55, of Clearfield died Wednesday, March 16, 2016 at Penn Highlands DuBois Hospital.
Born Feb. 3, 1961 in Violet, La., she was the daughter of Walter and Juanita Philips. Mrs. Rinehart was a graphic artist and was Roman Catholic by faith.
Surviving are her husband, Kelly J. Hoy and four children, Jennifer Robinson and her husband, Jerry and Zachary Hoy, both of Clearfield, and Kenny Rinehart and Sammy Rinehart, both of Texas.
Also surviving are four grandchildren, Briana Robinson, Joey Munk, Shyane Munk and Sammy Wayne Jr. and two brothers, Charles and Billy Philips.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
There will be no public visitation or services.
