Beryl M. Dixon, 85, of Frenchville went to be with the Lord Sunday, March 6, 2016 at her residence. Born April 25, 1930 in Karthaus Township, she was the daughter of the late Charles Edward and Janet Bumgardner Stiner.
She was a member of the Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church, Karthaus. Her grandchildren were the love of her life, and her favorite hobby was reading.
She is survived by a son, Barry Dixon and his wife, Kristine of Frenchville and three grandchildren, Danielle Dixon and her companion, Paxton Stewart of Sykesville, Justine Dixon of Frenchville and Janelle Dixon and her fiancé, Jared Hurlbert of Renova.
She was the last of her generation. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Debra Dixon and two infant sons, Donald and Robert Dixon; one sister; and four brothers.
Upon Mrs. Dixon’s wishes, everything will be held in private with the Rev. Matthew Finney officiating. Burial will be in the Keewaydin Cemetery.
