JOHNSTOWN, PA – At its Annual Meeting and Awards Presentation, the Blair County Chamber of Commerce announced the 2016 award recipients that were honored at the event. The awards presented were the ATHENA Award, Donna D. Gority Servant Leadership Award, George Award, Joseph P. Rosenhamer Chamber Spirit Award, and the Small Business Person of the Year Award.
