Jasen William Clark, 40, of Clearfield died peacefully Sunday, Feb. 14, 2016 at Penn Highlands DuBois Hospital surrounded by his family after a brief illness.
Born Dec. 31, 1975, he was the son of William F. and Susan K. (Aughenbaugh) Clark. He was Methodist by faith.
He enjoyed music and playing guitar. He loved everyone and loved playing jokes. He especially loved his nieces and nephews.
He is survived by his mother, Susan K. Freeman of Clearfield; step-father, Joseph Freeman; brother, Jacob Clark and his wife, Tanya of West Decatur; sister Brandi Boris and her husband, Keith of Clearfield; and step-brother, Joseph Freeman Jr. and his wife, Megan of Ohio.
He is also survived by his nieces and nephews, Kelsea Owens, Dustin Clark, Julia Clark and Kaybea Boris and his paternal grandmother, Kathryn Clark Ammerman.
He was preceded in death by his father; maternal grandparents, Cal and Irene Aughenbaugh; paternal grandfather, Grover Clark; and step-paternal grandfather, Harold Ammerman.
Private funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family at the Chester C. Chidboy Funeral Home Inc. of Clearfield with the Rev. Kenneth Leonard officiating. Burial will follow in the Crown Crest Memorial Park in Hyde.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the family in care of the Chester C. Chidboy Funeral Home Inc., 16 N. Front St., Clearfield, PA 16830.
