CHESTER HILL – On Monday the Clearfield County Sheriff’s Office handled a report about a three-year-old child who was allegedly wandering around the area of Hillcrest Commons, located on Hill Street in Chester Hill.
Deputies were in the area on a warrant service when they were flagged down about the child who was allegedly wandering down the road near Centre and Hill streets.
Deputies located the young boy who was spotted by a female, approximately one tenth of a mile from his apartment, and transported him to the Hillcrest Commons Office.
Clearfield County Children and Youth Services was also contacted in the matter. Deputies returned the three-year-old boy to his mother.
Colt M. Kramer Sr., 30, was arrested in the matter for endangering the welfare of children, a misdemeanor of the first degree.
Kramer was arraigned before District Judge Jerome Nevling in Kylertown and incarcerated in Clearfield Jail after being unable to post bail
