WARSAW TWP., Pa. (EYT) – State police have identified the victim in a fatal crash that shut down state Route 28 for nearly three hours on Thursday afternoon.
DuBois-based state police say the crash occurred around 12:44 p.m. in Warsaw Township, Jefferson County.

Barraclough was pronounced dead at the scene by the Jefferson County Coroner’s Office.
Brantingham was not injured.
SR 28 was closed for approximately 2.5 hours following the accident.
