Dixon Named CNB Market Executive

CLEARFIELD – Joseph B. Bower Jr., president and chief executive officer of CNB Bank, recently named Gregory M. Dixon as CNB market executive.

In this position, Dixon will be responsible for the overall support and growth of all 21 CNB Bank office locations by growing loan and deposit accounts, developing new products, managing product pricing, as well as developing customer relationships.

“In our constant effort to improve our client experience and to further distinguish CNB in our markets, a need for a market executive was identified,” stated Bower.  “With Greg’s expertise in commercial banking, work ethic and well-rounded background, he was the perfect fit for this important position.”

A native of Clearfield, Dixon joined CNB in 2003 after attaining his license as a certified public accountant.  He graduated from Clearfield Area High School in 1995 prior to receiving his Bachelor’s degree in accounting from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 1999.

During his career with CNB, Dixon continued to expand his education in the field of banking.  In April of 2009, he was recognized for achieving honor student status from the PA Bankers School of Commercial Lending at the Pennsylvania Bankers Association.  In 2015, he graduated from the American Bankers Association’s Stonier Graduate School of Banking.

Dixon resides in Clearfield with his wife, Valerie, and their son, Luke.  He is a member of and Eucharistic Minister for the St. Francis of Assisi Church of Clearfield.  He serves on the board of directors for the Clearfield Municipal Authority, as well as the Clearfield United Way board of directors.
