Martin E. Bohensky, 63, of DuBois died Sunday, Jan. 17, 2016 at Penn Highlands DuBois.
Born Dec. 2, 1952, he was the son of the late Martin F. and Frances M. (Salada) Bohensky.
On July 26, 1986, he married Amanda L. “Mandy” Segerberg. She survives.
He retired from MDC Machine Shop in 2014. Prior to that, he worked for the DuBois EMS Ambulance for more than 20 years.
He was a member of the Christ Lutheran Church in DuBois.
He was a life member of the J.E. DuBois Hose Co. No. 3, where he served as secretary or many years. He was also a member of the Central District Fireman’s Association and the National Rifle Association. He enjoyed hunting.
He is survived by his brother, Donald L. Bohensky and his wife, Frankie of DuBois; three nieces; one nephew; and four great-nieces and four great-nephews.
Friends will be received from 2 p.m. – 4 p.m. and from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. Wednesday at the Goble-Baronick Funeral Home.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, at the funeral home with Pastor Vernon Miller officiating. Burial will be in Morningside Cemetery.
