Marion L. “Porky” Torreance, 73, of Osceola Mills died Sunday, Dec. 27, 2015 at UPMC Altoona.
Born Sept. 27, 1942, she was the daughter of the late Stanley H. and Charlotte (Miller) Winters. She was married to John Torreance, who survives at home.
Mrs. Torreance was a member of the Clearfield Bible Missionary Church in Clearfield.
She was the owner of the former “Porky Dog Grooming.” She graduated from the Philipsburg – Osceola High School.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a niece, Malissa Donovan.
Along with her husband, she was survived by a sister, Debra K. Lance and her husband, Charles of Osceola Mills; a brother, Calvin H. Winters and his wife, Bernae of Madera; three nieces, Shannon Walborn, Cricket Bumbarger and Alaina Winters; a great-niece; and four great-nephews.
The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, at the Heath Funeral Home and Cremation Services in Osceola Mills, with Pastor David P. Zimmerman officiating. Burial will be at the Umbria Cemetery in Osceola Mills.
Friends will be received from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. Tuesday and from 10 a.m. Wednesday until the time of the service at the funeral home.
