“Spanky” Thomas E. Rauch, 65, of Clearfield died Friday, Dec. 25, 2015 at Penn Highlands DuBois Hospital.
Mr. Rauch was born July 31, 1950, the son of Thomas B. and Ruth M. (Lansberry) Rauch. He was a self- employed contractor.
He was affiliated with the Hyde Wesleyan Church. He was a member of the Clearfield Eagles, VFW and American Legion.
Mr. Rauch is survived by his wife of 39 years, Mona L. (Wood) Rauch; a son, Rob Inguagiato and his wife, Heather of Clearfield; four grandchildren, Bobby Inguagiato, Maci Bloom and Deziray and Zane Inguagiato; and five great-grandchildren.
He is also survived by six sisters and five brothers, Kathy Luzier, Naomi Welker, Margaret Gearhart and Dennis, Billy, Joe, Rose and Richard Rauch, all of Clearfield; Debbie Gladfelter of Glen Richey; and Robin Rauch and Trudy Armstrong, both of Hyde; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a son, Preston Ray Rauch; a grandson, Preston Ray Rauch II; and two brothers, John and Walter Rauch.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the Bennett & Houser Funeral Home Inc. of Clearfield with the Rev. Stevan Sheets officiating. Burial will be in Bradford Cemetery.
Friends will be received from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
