AUSTIN – You can break out of cabin fever this winter with a six-week beginner fly-tying course.
You can receive step-by-step instruction on fly-tying techniques with complexity progressing from introductory to more advance throughout the course.
There is a program fee of $40 per participant that covers all materials, equipment and instruction for the six classes. Participants keep the flies they make.
Course dates are Jan. 6 and Jan. 20, Feb. 3 and Feb. 17 and March 2 and March 16. Classes will meet from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m.
Pre-registration is required as seating is limited. Deadline to register is Jan. 2, 2016.
This six-week fly-tying class is presented in cooperation with Jim’s Sports Center, Clearfield, and Keystone Predator, Emporium.
