DUBOIS – The 13th annual Winkler Gallery & Art Education Center reception was successful, as attendees celebrated its new role as a certified non-profit.
More than 200 people attended the event Dec. 12, which featured the work of guest artist, Mary Hamilton.
Another focal point of the event was the partnership with the Gateway Humane Society. The gallery is donating a part of the proceeds of art sales from now until Christmas.
Event organizers stated that this is the biggest event the gallery has ever hosted with many new people attending from all around the region.
