BROCKWAY, Pa. (EYT) – A 38-year-old man, who is listed as a transient, faces felony charges in Brockway for non-compliance of Megan’s Law requirements.
According to court documents, on Dec. 14, the Brockway Borough Police Department filed a criminal complaint against 38-year-old Chad Lamar Dreakford. He faces a charge of verify address or photographed as required, felony 2.
He is awaiting a preliminary hearing with Magisterial District Judge David B. Inzana presiding.
According to the Megan’s Law Web site, Dreakford was convicted on April 8, 2005, for a second-degree sex offense. His registration began on May 8, 2014 and was last updated on June 10, 2015.
Dreakford is listed on Megan’s Law Web site as a non-compliant transient. Dreakford is a Tier 3 offender and is subject to a lifetime registration.
