Eva Longoria, the actress best known for her role on “Desperate Housewives,” announced over the weekend that she’s engaged to media executive Jose Antonio Baston.
“Ummmmm so this happened…” Longoria captioned a photo on her social media pages Sunday. In the snapshot, she’s kissing Baston against a desert backdrop and wearing what appears to be a sparkler of an engagement ring on her left ring finger.

The couple traveled to Dubai for a Global Gift Foundation gala. They’ve been dating for two years, according to reports.
Longoria was previously married to basketball player Tony Parker and actor Tyler Christopher. She is appearing in the soap opera spoof “Telenovela.”
Baston is the president of Televisa, a Latin American media company.
