Automotive Mechanics Students Building Chopper

CLEARFIELD – Students in the automotive mechanics program at the Clearfield County Career & Technology Center started building a chopper from scratch since the beginning of the 2015-16 school year.

Instructor Dan Kerlin, said that the students are now into the “mock stage,” which is fitting, welding and grinding before the chopper is painted.

The Students involved in designing and building the chopper are Breanna Jury, William Maines and Dalton Foster, all West Branch students.
