Athletics upgrades to be discussed during WPSU’s ‘Higher Education in Focus’

Penn State president Eric Barron and athletic director Sandy Barbour will discuss the future of Penn State’s intercollegiate athletics facilities during WPSU Penn State’s “Higher Education in Focus: Tackling the Athletics Master Plan” at 8 p.m. Dec. 17 on WPSU-TV and WPSU-FM.
